Please consider Sale purchases carefully.

Even though we always strive to provide you with a great experience each time you shop with us, items purchased on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note:

1. Carefully check that all products you’ve received are correctly against your order.
2. In case of any damage or error in supply, kindly intimate the issue via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images attached.
3. On verification, we will offer you replacement or Credit Note within 7 days from return of product.
4. Products must be returned in their original packaging, tags and labels should be intact.
5. Incase the Returns do not come with Labels & tags in their original condition then the return will not be accepted.

Discounted products:

All products on sale are un-exchangeable at any cost. Alteration charges for the products shall be charged extra depending on what is getting altered it may range from anything in between Rs.100 to Rs.500. The amount will have to be given either by paytm , google pay or neft transfer. No COD for this charges will be acceptable.

CANCELLATION OF FRAUDULENT ORDERS

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, www.sumannathwani.com reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. www.sumannathwani.com also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

RETURNS POLICY

Given that Suman Nathwani offers a customized product based on specific customer preferences and measurements, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed. However, should a size issue arise we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To know more please read our Alteration policy.

In the event you are dissatisfied with the quality of the garment, kindly contact us on sumannathwani2020@gmail.com and reasonable measures shall be taken to rectify the issue to the best of our ability.

ALTERATION POLICY

In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing piece.

Only one free alteration is provided per piece.

The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the shipping charges once the piece is altered will be at Suman Nathwani's cost.

FAULTY GOODS

If a product is Faulty it should be immediately bought to our notice and returned within the next 5 working days. The courier charges in case of returns will be bourne by the customer.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at Suman Nathwani take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting sumannathwani2020@gmail.com about the fault.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
